У меня имеется опыт рыбалок с этим воблером круглый год, и всегда на него удавалось ловить хороших окуней. В основном это были лодочные выезды на небольшие водохранилища. Самые удачные рыбалки отмечались в марте, сразу после схода льда, в июле — в жаркий штиль, и в октябре.
Причем осенью попадались трофейные экземпляры, один и которых завесил больше килограмма весом.
Итак, если я вас убедил, что Basara 90 — окуневая приманка, пойдем дальше. Щука на этот воблер, конечно же, попадается чаще, чем полосатый хищник. И если окуня я все-таки редко ловлю на большую «Басару» целенаправленно, то специально за зубастой охочусь с ним регулярно.
Так получилось, что уже на второй рыбалке с этим воблером, причем на незнакомом водоеме, его сразу же оценила хорошая щука под 4 кг весом. Поклевка произошла на водоеме с довольно прозрачной водой, глубиной около 2,5 м, над невысокими зарослями донной травы. И теперь в подобных условиях ловли — довольно, кстати, распространенных, 90-ю «Басару» я отправляю в воду в качестве разведчика.
Облавливаю им и более глубокие места — до 4 м. В условиях неплохой прозрачности, когда воблер идет в полводы, щука охотно выходит за ним из донных травяных укрытий. Кроме водохранилищ, летом работал он у меня и на озерах, но условия ловли были похожи на описанные выше.
Одинаково часто по обоим хищникам я использую две выпускаемые версии данной модели — как плавающую, так и суспендер. Разница в заглублении у них, по моим наблюдениям, примерно 30 см. На относительно тонком шнуре диаметром порядка 0,1 мм «эFка» идет примерно на полтора метра, «SP-шка» — около 1,8 м. С поводком на паузах суспендер может притапливаться, и тогда способен доходить до 2 м. Именно с целью больше приманку заглубить, я часто и ставлю катушку со шнуром потоньше. А быстро всплывающие воблеры хищники не только не любят, они просто не успеют на него отреагировать.
Можно сказать, что по форме тела воблеры семейства Basara — классические минношки. Но это лишь по форме. На самом деле данная модель обладает собственной активной игрой, что не свойственно многим воблерам «минноу». Я, конечно, пробовал ловить на него рывковой проводкой, но полностью раскрылся он при других типах анимации. В первую очередь, это так называемый «риппинг» — ловля потяжками, без классических коротких твичевых рывков. Движения удилищем совершаю сверху вниз или под небольшим углом к воде. Делаю одну-две потяжки, затем пауза. Энергичность потяжек, так же как и их амплитуду, могу менять, подбираю анимацию под настроения хищника. В этой связи я считаю, что Basara — не совсем твичевый воблер.
Иногда он хорошо работает на проводке типа «стоп-энд-гоу» — два или несколько оборотов ручки катушки и пауза. При такой проводке можно поэкспериментировать и с количеством подмоток, и с продолжительностью остановок воблера.
