Начиная с 2019 года, Стандарты пород охотничьих собак (Введение) содержат определенные требования к оценке нерядности зубов. Как соискатель категории по группе пород Спаниели, стремясь получить по возможности исчерпывающие знания об оценке экстерьера охотничьих собак, я не мог остаться равнодушным к развернувшейся в этой связи полемике. Поэтому взял на себя смелость обратить внимание экспертного сообщества РОРС на ряд противоречий, вызванных появлением этих требований и тех методических рекомендаций оценки рядности зубов, которые теперь обсуждаются.

Прежде всего необходимо отметить, что почти немедленно после вступления в силу постановления Центрального правления Росохотрыболовсоюза №81 от 11.12.2019 г., утверждающего новые требования, была дисквалифицирована значительная масса собак.
Солидная выбраковка (а местами поголовье подвыбили основательно), которая по непонятным причинам постигла одну из самых немногочисленных пород охотничьих собак, русских охотничьих спаниелей, неизбежно спровоцировала реакцию.
В недрах комиссии по спаниелям родились методические рекомендации оценки рядности зубов на выставках и выводках Ассоциации «Росохотрыболовсоюз». Содержание этого документа вызывает вопросы, которые трудно игнорировать.
Предлагается классифицировать нарушения в зависимости от степени их тяжести, при этом тяжесть определяется по формальным признакам.
В том варианте методики, который долгое время висел на сайте RORS-OS авторы рекомендовали просто отказаться выбраковывать значительную часть собак с нарушениями в силу того, что:
«Согласно Введению любое «нарушение рядности», в том числе и «нерядность» (как частный случай «нарушения рядности») является дисквалифицирующим пороком. Эксперт вынужден ставить «удовлетворительно» собаке даже с незначительным отклонением резцов, тем самым исключая ее из разведения.

В условиях, когда отбор по этому признаку не велся, количество таких собак явно возросло. До 2019 года вопросы «рядности» и «нерядности» не поднимались и не фиксировались в отчетах по выставке – собаки даже со значительным нарушением рядности любой группы зубов активно использовались в племенном разведении, что и способствовало накоплению в популяции собак с нарушением в зубной системе. Учитывая вышесказанное, и с учетом перспектив разведения, будет правильным отнести:»
Дальше следовало перечисление признаков, наличие которых должно освободить собак от дисквалификации. Надо ли говорить, что включить часть собак с дисквалифицирующим пороком в племенное поголовье на том основании, что их много, решение довольно-таки спорное. В новой редакции авторы и вовсе отказались что-либо объяснять. А объясниться следует.
Первое. Если нерядность – это настолько важное для формирования породы качество, что собак с подобными нарушениями надо непременно исключать из разведения, то какие тут могут быть компромиссы? Животное имеет материальный признак того, что оно потенциальный носитель патологии, а авторы рекомендации предлагают пустить его в разведение!
Второе. Если мы все-таки принимаем решение, что каких-то собак с дисквалифицирующим пороком необходимо оставить, то на каком основании предлагается оставить именно ту часть, которые имеют нарушения, описанные в рекомендациях?

Чем «Нерядность хотя бы одного резца на зубной аркаде (примерно на величину толщины зуба в ту или иную сторону) выраженная «шахматка».» с точки зрения селекции фатальнее «Смещения резцов на величину менее ½ толщины зуба в ту или иную сторону с сохранением контакта с верхними резцами.» решительно непонятно. Но если в первом случае это дисквалифицирующий порок, то во втором только недостаток.
Третье. Видимая часть зуба – это его меньшая часть. Что происходит в десне, мы без средств объективного контроля достоверно установить не можем. Более того, при оценке других статей собаки мы используем сравнительно-глазомерный способ, который в данном случае абсолютно неприменим.
Не получится посадить десять собак рядом, открыть им пасть и сравнить зубы. Между тем, согласно рекомендациям, граница между дисквалифицирующим пороком и недостатком составляет половину толщины зуба! Половина толщины зуба отделает породного кобеля с превосходными рабочими качествами от дисквалификации!
Намного легче оценить смыкание коронок верхнего и нижнего резцов из-за нарушения положения на аркаде. Это качественная определенность. Нет смыкания – собака бракуется, потому что она элементарно не может кусать. Есть смыкание – собака получает расценку, потому положение зубов никак ей не мешает.
А главное, смыкание легко проверить. Но поэтому параметру зубочелюстная система собаки оценивалась и до постановления Центрального правления Росохотрыболовсоюза №81 от 11.12.2019.

И в этом смысле, остается дискуссионным вопрос, а что принципиально изменило требование оценивать рядность зубов? Те отклонения в зубочелюстной системе, которые мы можем достоверно установить в ринге, вообще-то, оценивались и прежде.
Четвертое. Данные рекомендации не учитывают особенности индивидуального развития животного. Между тем, зубы не приварены к зубной аркаде аргонодуговой сваркой, они двигаются в зависимости от самых разных факторов. Чтобы утверждать подобное, достаточно самому потерять зуб, а потом отказаться от импланта.
Соседние зубы через год-полтора неизбежно начнут занимать место потерянного органа. Причин для возникновения нарушения рядности может быть множество. Чуть запоздавшие с выпадением молочные клыки или чуть раньше появившиеся постоянные резцы с неизбежностью дадут те или иные отклонения, но вряд ли проявятся как наследуемые признаки у потомков.
К слову, если мы обратимся к классикам кинологии, то прочитаем следующие утверждения:
А.П. Мазовер со ссылкой на исследования экспертов по охотничьему собаководству В.Юдиной и канд. биол. наук. В. Юдина (1977) утверждает:
«…у молодой особи все постоянные зубы имеют четкую структуру режущих поверхностей, конические длинные корни, высокую расширяющую коронку резцов с тремя лопастями. По мере старения организма поверхности зубов стираются, а для восстановления высоты зуба и их нормального функционирования они постепенно выталкиваются из альвеол. Это происходит со всеми зубами без исключения.
Коническая лопатообразная коронка резца выравнивается по ширине, становится короче и все дальше отходит от края альвеолы. Одновременно корень зуба все дальше выходит наружу. Альвеола со стороны корня зарастает костной массой, становится мелкой и зубы легко вынимаются (выпадают), а коронка полностью стирается.
При осмотре сбоку резцы имеют форму дуги, которая обращена наружу. Поэтому по мере выдвигания зубов верхние резцы как бы подгибаются внутрь и смещаются по отношению к нижним. В результате этого процесса изменяется форма прикуса.
Вопрос этот следует изучать, вести наблюдения, но уже сейчас можно решать, что примечание к стандартам охотничьих собак, обязывающее браковать клещеобразный прикус только у собак, не достигших 6-летнего возраста, правильно.

Необходимо только в правилах выставок указать, в каком возрасте обязательно обследование зубов, с тем, чтобы не путать естественные возрастные изменения зубов и наследственные отклонения от нормы.»
Подчеркну, нельзя путать естественные возрастные изменения зубов и наследственные отклонения от нормы. Равномерно ли стачиваются резцы? С одинаковой ли скоростью они выталкиваются из альвеол? Одинакова ли у них дуга изгиба? Очевидно, что нет. Зубная аркада меняется с возрастом, внешнее здоровье собаки младшей и средней возрастной группы не исключает появлений нарушений в зрелости.
Скорее наоборот, с возрастом прикус портится. Примером тому может служить клещеобразный прикус, который проявляется к семи годам у значительной массы животных. Одновременно, дисквалифицировать собаку после того, как она дала потомство, уже нет смысла. Ее кровь скорее всего уже попала в племя.
Значит борьба с нарушениями рядности будет иметь эффект только в случае дисквалификации собак с наиболее яркими, наиболее радикальными ее проявлениями в младшей и средней возрастной группе.
Предлагаемая методика оценки в нынешней свой итерации не решает объективных задач. Скорее наоборот, она создает новую почву для разного рода манипуляций и конфликтов внутри сообщества.
Можно не сомневаться, там где один эксперт, оперируя ее положениями, оценит собаку не ниже «оч.хорошо», другой может поставить «удовлетворительно». Фактически мы создаем инструмент лоббирования перспективного плана секции, каким видит его местный племенник. Для председателя секции – это японский кинжал танто.
Если рекомендации примут как есть, всякий владелец собаки, дисквалифицированной за нерядность, будет иметь основания считать это дискриминацией. И не надо рассказывать, что сегодня перспективный план никто не пишет. Перспективный план есть всегда! Чаще всего люди просто не готовы обсуждать его даже в своем коллективе, в том виде как они его себе представляют, а не то, что выкладывать на сайт для всеобщего обозрения.

Кроме того, методика усложняет и без того не простые в освоении правила оценки экстерьера охотничьих собак. Ее принятие неизбежно умножит разночтения и разнотолки. Если мы рассчитываем использовать ее в ринге, она должна быть предельно простой и не противоречивой.
В завершение, мне бы хотелось коснуться юридической стороны дела. Лично меня очень интересует то какой правовой статус будут иметь рекомендации в системе ассоциации «Росохотрыболовсоюз».
Сегодня у нас есть вполне определенный перечень документов: родословно-племенные книги, реестр пород охотничьих собак, положения, инструкции, правила и стандарты. Обязательный для исполнения характер носят только положения, инструкции, правила и стандарты. Да и те с оговорками.
Методические рекомендации обязательными для исполнения быть не могут. Рекомендации – это, по определению, предписание, высказанное в необязательной для исполнения форме. Образно говоря, совет или пожелание.
После их принятия эксперт на выставке, ссылаясь на стандарт, должен будет объяснить раздраженному собаководу, почему его собаку дисквалифицировали, а собаку соперника – нет, при том, что у обоих присутствует один и тот же признак. Замечу, неисполнение требований стандарта влечет за собой наложение взыскания на эксперта, а исполнение рекомендаций – это сфера его личных интересов.
Хочешь – исполняй, не хочешь – не исполняй. Гораздо проще и эффективнее было бы предложить внести изменения в «Стандарты пород охотничьих собак (Введение)» в части формулировки «Дисквалифицирующие пороки» пункт Б. подпункт 3. в следующей редакции:
«Нарушение рядности зубов на зубной аркаде и наличие различных аномалий в форме зубов и/или их расположения в челюсти при условии отсутствия смыкания верхних и нижних резцов у собак младшей и средней возрастной группы» — и не обременять себя лишней работой по созданию разного рода рекомендаций с сомнительным правовым статусом.
А собак, уже дисквалифицированных за нарушения рядности, подвергнуть повторной оценке с учетом этих изменений в стандартах.
