
К написанию данной статьи меня подвигли вечные споры легашатников, да и не только, о том, какая порода лучше (от себя добавлю – РЕЗУЛЬТАТИВНЕЕ). Кроме того, совсем недавно мне попалась на глаза статья В.В. Беделя. Будучи тогда ещё экспертом I-й категории, он был назначен Главным судьёй на Московских областных состязаниях легавых собак 1966г. в Каданке. В тот год данные состязания впервые были проведены как командные(породных секций, и районных обществ).

«Итак победители состязаний – шотландские сеттера (Джильда Ю.С.Колосова, Ярвик И.М.Медведевой, ч.Рада С.С.Телегина) получили три диплома II степени и один – III степени (первопольная Цыганка Дина Ю.Е.Сарычева).
Шотландцы доказали, что их успех на состязаниях в 1964-1965 годах был не случаен.
После многих лет застоя и забвения порода явно пошла в гору. Пойнтеры заняли второе место.
Наряду с блестящим выступлениями завоевавшего чемпионат этих состязаний Шнепа С.И.Кремера и Фотона А.И.Федукова также получившего диплом I степени, две другие собаки команды из-за обидных срывов остались без диплома.

Не скрою, приятно читать о победах шотландских сеттеров тех лет, тем более, что не первая моя собака несёт крови и Джильды Колосова, и Ярвика Медведевой, и Рады Телегина, но больше меня заинтересовала таблица с результатами выступления собак.
Обладая достаточно большой наработанной информацией за более чем 20-ти летний опыт экспертизы в поле(да и в интернете сейчас многое можно найти), решила провести анализ результативности выступления различных пород легавых собак в Центральном регионе России (Таблица 2).
Да простят меня владельцы веймаранеров, венгерских выжл и бретонских эпаньолей, их собак я в данном рейтинге не учитывала, в связи с ограниченными данными по их состязаниям в нашем регионе.
Для чистоты данных за основу я взяла мероприятия в течение 10 лет проводимые в Центральном регионе (Московская, Владимирская, Ярославская обл.).
Это монопородные состязания по болотной дичи начиная с 2010 года, в каждой породе, не ниже межрегионального уровня: Всероссийские Чемпионаты пойнтеров, английских, ирландских и шотландских сеттеров на охот.базах Марково (Владимирская обл.) и Каданок (Московская обл.), состязания дратхааров памяти Сомова, Казакова и Бермана, Племенные тесты курцхааров.
Все состязания проводились в мае, начале июня, т.е. погодные условия за 10 лет можно принять как относительно равные для каждых монопородных состязаний. Большой пробел оказался по данным выступления пойнтеров: их Всероссийские Чемпионаты, которые были организованны одними из первых в 1997г., и дали толчок к проведению подобных мероприятий другим породам, почили в бозе после смены руководства их секции.
Многие увлечённые полевым досугом пойнтеристы перестали участвовать в данных состязаниях, а некоторые ушли в «Большой спорт»(Филдтрайл). Поэтому столь скудные данные по пойнтерам не совсем верны для анализа, но я их оставлю с целью ознакомления.
Для примера: в 2003г. в VII Всероссийском полевом чемпионате пойнтеров в Марково приняли участие 36 участников, 19 из них дипломировано, т.е. 52,77%.
В заключении мой интерес вызвали межпородные Чемпионат России 2010г. и Всероссийские состязания 2016г., которые были организованы и проведены в Ярославской области, но это, скорее, для информации.
Данные мероприятия были прекрасно подготовлены и проведены на высочайшем уровне, с отличным призовым фондом, чем заинтересовали и собрали большое количество участников, в связи с этим можно провести анализ результативности и по этим состязаниям. Итак, перейдём от пустословия к языку цифр.

Из Таблицы 3 видно, что колебания результативности выступлений по породам очень прыгают. Безусловно, это можно связать и с погодными условиями, и с большим количеством выставляемых молодых собак в определённые годы.
И всё же, у шотландских сеттеров нет таких провалов по результативности: сбалансированная нервная система, уравновешенность психики, вдумчивость и размеренность (не путать с медлительностью), в сочетании с крепким типом конституции, дают НАДЁЖНОСТЬ (ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ) этой породы в поле, создавая прекрасный тандем с ведущим (охотником).
Я не спешу делать более глубокие выводы по полученным данным какая из пород легавых лучше (результативнее или эффективнее), каждый увидит то, что захочет.
От себя могу отметить: каждая порода имеет взлёты и падения, многое, даже не так: МНОГОЕ зависит от энтузиастов породы – людей, готовых жертвовать своим временем, силами, и, зачастую, немалыми денежными средствами на любимую породу.
Искренне желаю, чтобы такие люди не перевелись. Всем ни пуха ни пера и, до встречи в полях.
