В выписке из протокола номер 96 заседания Центральной Квалификационной Комиссии от 12.05.22, в п.1 говорится о «неоднократном вмешательстве Шубкиной А.В. в деятельность экспертной бригады на выставке «Новониколаевский охотник», проходившей 8-9 мая 2021г», что подтверждается письмами Пимаховой Т.Г., Блохиной Т.В., Шишковой Л.И.
На самом деле таких писем, до окончания выставки, в орг комитет не поступало.
В инструкции по методике, технике и организации экспертизы охотничьих собак на выставках и выводках, проводимых Росохотрыболовсоюзом,указано «После закрытия выставки заявления и жалобы не принимаются».
Это наталкивает на мысль, что эксперты Пимахова Т.Г., Блохина Т.В., Шишкова Л.И. либо не знают нормативных документов РОРСа, либо преднамеренно не соблюдают их, в намерении «насолить» Шубкиной А.В., тем более, что мотивы у Пимаховой Т.Г. есть.

Так же, в выписке из протокола номер 96 заседания Центральной Квалификационной Комиссии от 12.05.22, говорится, что эксперт 2ой категории Семигорелов Н.П. изменил, уже озвученную им оценку ХБ Казачек ВПКОС номер 0413/16-бх, вл. питомник ИПЭЭ РАН, с «отлично» на «оч хорошо», под влиянием главного эксперта выставки, эксперта 1ой категории по породам и испытаниям борзых Шубкиной А.В.
По данному нарушению ЦКК ранее проводила разбирательство и вынесла выговор Н.П. Семигорелову за недостаточно четкое объявление оценок. Тогда вопросов к Шубкиной А.В. не было.
Появились они после выведения, на всеобщее обозрение, темы с Королевским ООиР. Общество было ликвидировано, но после этого, от его имени, проводили выставки и испытания, оформляли документы собакам и брали за это оплату.

Но по законам РФ «ликвидация общественного объединения по решению суда означает запрет на его деятельность независимо от факта регистрации».
В ходе проведения экспертизы Хортых борзых, на этой же выставке, ассистенты Блохина Т.В. и Шишкова Л.И. выражали несогласие, когда главный эксперт ринга Семигорелов Н.П. , начал отодвигать в «конец ринга» кобеля Кабылина Ю.В., по кличке Гепард.
Когда стало очевидным, что кобеля могут поставить в «хвост» ринга, и снизить оценку, в бой вступила тяжелая артиллерия. Появилась Пимахова Т.Г., взяла кобеля у Кабылина Ю.В. и стала сама водить его в ринге, пользуясь своим авторитетом эксперта Всероссийской категории и члена ЦКК, воздействуя таким образом на решение эксперта. Фотографии всех собак, участвовавших в выставке, на странице «Подписано экспертами»выложила Шубкина А.В. Среди них фото этого кобеля. В его экстерьере прослеживались явные признаки метизации. Фото данного кобеля, вызвало в комментариях разных соц сетей, недовольство многих владельцев борзых.
Сама Шубкина А.В. избегала упреков в адрес собаки и владельца, лишь отвечала на вопросы и комментарии. Хотя в том же протоколе номер 96 указано, что Шубкиной А.В. «после окончания выставки в сети Интернет были продолжены нелицеприятные выпады в адрес владельцев собак, обсуждение оценок полученных собаками».
Хочется спросить — нелицеприятные для кого? Для тех, кто разводит метисов и не может или не хочет отличать их от породных собак? Для тех, кто пользуется высшей категорией эксперта, чтобы продвигать собак в ринге?
Фото кобеля прокомментировала и Блохина Т.В. Она пыталась ввести людей в заблуждение, упоминая п. 3 Пленума ВС номер 46, который говорит, что нельзя, без согласия владельца, размещать фото на сайтах и пабликах соцсетей.
Данный пункт не относится к публичному представлению собак в рингах. С какой целью она это делала, всем понятно.
