При этом надо постоянно следить, чтобы масло не закипело. Мы же не жарим ершей, а хотим, чтобы под воздействием уксуса косточки ершей размягчились, а сами рыбки пропитались запахом пряностей. Попробуйте, и вы забудете про прибалтийские шпроты.
