До нынешней зимы самая поздняя спиннинговая рыбалка с лодки была у меня 13 января (в 2014-м). Но в этом году данное достижение было побито неоднократно. Теплая погода способствует ловле по открытой воде, правда, периодически легкий мороз тихими ночами все же прихватывает водоемы без течения. Зато реки в наших краях все открыты – и это беспроигрышный вариант, чтобы половить спиннингом.
Комфортно походить по берегам получается не везде, поэтому я часто выбираю рыбалку с лодки даже на небольших реках. В основном это щучьи места с небольшим течением и приличной глубиной.
Упираюсь в щучий твистер
Бывает, что на воду выхожу с водохранилищ, созданных на этих реках, а затем двигаюсь вверх по течению – сначала к устью, а затем и по самой реке. Так получилось и в этот теплый день в середине января: на самом водохранилище получил несколько нереализованных поклевок и отправился искать рыбацкое счастье на течении.
В одном из комментариев к видео на канале «Практика ловли» о заключительной рыбалке 2019 года, которая тоже проходила с лодки на реке, мне посоветовали попробовать потвичить воблерами – мол, будет больше поклевок и меньше сходов. Хотел сам попробовать, так ли это на самом деле, поэтому комплект под твичинг и коробку с воблерами в лодку взял. Но, в итоге вновь пришлось джиговать – воблеры-таки «промолчали». У встреченного знакомого с этими же приманками тоже было слабовато. Возможно потому, что основные рабочие глубины на участке ловли составляли 3-5 м, а твичевые воблеры все же более мелководные, заглубляющиеся в основном до 2 м.
Поэтому пока продолжал облавливать речные ямы мягкими приманками. И щука клевала! Постепенно все разловленное отложил в сторону и перешел на объемные твистеры – вспомнилась дискуссия на одном из рыболовных форумов о работе этих приманок на течении. Как-то до этого резина с крупными длинными хвостами у меня проигрывала виброхвостам. Примерно так происходило бы и сейчас, если вести приманку против течения, как обычно и делаю – вероятно, струя скрадывает игру хвоста, лишая ее привлекательности. Апстримом же, и слегка на снос поклевок хватало, поэтому больше на другие приманки не переходил – в основном ловил на Lucky John Crusher Grub 3,9, пробуя разные расцветки. Лучше всего работали цвета 085 и РА19, а также РА03.
Эксперимента ради перешел с шарнирного монтажа на джиг-риг. Грузы использовал 11 и 13 г, как «пирамидки», так и в виде круглого конуса, но, думаю, форма особого значения не имела. А вот сама оснастка понравилась – пусть я и начал осваивать джиг-риг с больших весов, но результативность ее была хорошей – с «классикой» поклевок было меньше (к ней тоже периодически возвращался). По крайней мере, так было на реке и с крупными твистерами.
Комплект использовал уже полюбившийся этой зимой – спиннинг Salmo Elite Jig&Twitch 22 длиной 2,13 м с катушкой Salmo Elite Jig&Spoon 2000 и плетенкой Lucky John Basara диаметром 0,11 мм.

Пока погода позволяла, а щука клевала, через несколько дней повторил выезд на речку. Хотелось уже что-то и покрупнее поймать стандартных килошек и полторашек. Несколько раз, конечно, клевали этой зимой экземпляры и посолиднее, но в основном сходили. Увы, так получилось и в этот раз – с очень качественным ударом на классической джиговой паузе села щука больше зимнего стандарта, но у самой лодки, когда я стал раздумывать, раскладывать подсачек или нет, крючок «выплюнула». Хорошо хоть, в лодке был оператор, и посмотреть этот момент можно в 48-м выпуске «Практики ловли с Валерием Сикиржицким».
Однако это событие произошло уже ближе к вечеру. Утро же на реке получилось довольно трудовым – поклевок было немного, реализация, правда, получше средне-зимней.
Хотя казусов снова хватало – одна зубастая умудрилась перекусить плетенку выше поводка, а незадачливый «шнурок» засекся за живот.
В первой половине дня двигались вверх по реке, облавливая в первую очередь акваторию перед лодкой, то есть апстримом, после обеда же поиски рыбы продолжили в другом направлении – уже вниз по течению.
И, наконец, на одном довольно широком речном разливе все-таки попали на активный клев щуки. На примерно 200-метровом участке, довольно глубокого прогона, около десятка поклевок за час-полтора зафиксировали. Чтобы рыбу не пугать, смещаясь, мотор не заводил, а сплавлялся вниз по ветру и течению, и бросал якорь.
Если с утра все поклевки были только апстримом, то есть при проводке по течению, то к вечеру, наоборот, в более привычном направлении – против струи. Работали только береговые бровки – возможно рыба вышла с мелководных поливов покормиться.
По приманкам планировал упереться в крупный твистер Crusher Grub на оснастке джиг-риг, сделавший прошлую рыбалку – хотелось раскрыть его возможный трофейный потенциал.
Но по итогу, как часто бывает на реке, виброхвосты, которые поначалу ставил реже, работали не хуже. Это стало ясно уже после того, как 4-дюймовый Spark Tail добрал одну из щук после «Крашера».
Поклевки чередовались на «зеленое масло» и «тыкву-карамельку» – самые рабочие в январе расцветки 085 и РА19. Ну, а по итогу, снова перебрал приличный набор силикона…
